Senior Revenue Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare clearinghouse, the full-time Senior Revenue Accounting Manager will own revenue accounting and customer billing, ensuring revenue integrity and improving billing processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month-end revenue activities and audit readiness, including revenue schedules and journal entries
• Perform detailed contract analysis for revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and document conclusions
• Own customer billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely resolution of billing exceptions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in revenue accounting or operations in a SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and experience with usage-based billing models
• Proven ability to build and scale revenue accounting processes in a high-growth environment
• Strong technical skills with a focus on automating workflows and improving financial systems
