Job Summary

To support sustainable growth and high-quality patient care, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy and Operations Manager will navigate complex commercial agreements, design innovative billing structures, and oversee high-level RCM escalations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Sales to create competitive pricing strategies and lead RCM onboarding for new B2B clients
• Serve as the resolution point for high-level RCM escalations to streamline operations
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to optimize and scale proprietary RCM software, ensuring data integrity across platforms

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferably in a startup or digital health company
• Proven ability to design pricing structures and collaborate on scalable operational tools
• Deep understanding of commercial and Medicaid insurance billing and denial resolution
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and experience with BI tools like Metabase or Tableau
• Experience managing high-impact projects and implementing new software configurations
