Senior Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

To support the estimate template build and training team, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Representative will manage complex duties related to estimate creation, process improvement, and training for the accurate use of the estimator tool in Epic, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting new and existing employees with implementing processes through training
• Reviewing work to verify quality and providing feedback to users through auditing
• Conducting outreach to team members, clinic staff, and patients to enhance communication

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher-level degree may satisfy this requirement
• Three (3) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
• Advanced knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and either UB-04 or HCFA 1500 billing forms
• Intermediate knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Extensive knowledge of third-party reimbursements from insurance companies and government payers is a plus
