Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Leading a team in quality assurance and compliance, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist will oversee operations, conduct audits, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in a remote capacity for candidates residing in MO, IL, OK, or WI.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates shift operations and monitors progress of assigned activities and associates
• Conducts routine audits to ensure compliance with policies and prepares performance reports
• Facilitates collaborative sessions to address quality issues and supports data analysis for the Revenue Cycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in a healthcare or health insurance setting
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Epic systems
• Proficient computer skills
