Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a key resource within the Revenue Cycle team, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage complex functions related to invoicing, payments, and compliance while mentoring junior staff and developing training materials in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle processes and oversee the onboarding of new team members
• Analyze and implement procedural changes to enhance efficiency and maximize revenue
• Resolve client and audit issues, ensuring timely payment postings and compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required; knowledge of Access is strongly preferred
• Understanding of revenue cycle practices, with healthcare experience being a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
