Job Summary
To support the CH Revenue Integrity department, the full-time Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst will manage revenue charge analysis, compliance education, and financial planning while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, analyze, and standardize revenue charges and related compliance materials
- Assist in clearing revenue integrity work queues in EPIC and identify trends related to charge edits
- Provide charge compliance education and support financial planning and analysis initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Hospital/Health Care Coding
- Coding certification (CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC) is required
- Knowledge of MS Excel and billing requirements related to charges and claims
- Preferred: Experience with electronic medical records and clinical application software
- Preferred: Additional 3 years of Hospital/Health Care Billing or Clinical experience
