Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst
Job Summary
Owning advanced revenue analysis and key month-end controls, the full-time Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst will investigate revenue leakage, manage revenue SLAs, and develop actionable reporting while collaborating across functions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee month-end revenue validation controls, including reconciliation of outputs and adjustments
- Investigate and analyze potential revenue discrepancies using paid claim transactional data and internal financial records
- Develop recurring reports and dashboards to monitor KPI and SLA performance, revenue risk, and financial accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or healthcare payment integrity
- Strong knowledge of revenue integrity, revenue cycle management, and healthcare claims processing
- Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
- Experience collaborating across Finance, Operations, and client-facing teams to implement corrective actions
