Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst
Job Summary
Owning advanced revenue analysis and key month-end controls, the full-time Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst will manage invoicing accuracy, investigate revenue leakage, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee month-end revenue validation controls, including reconciliation of outputs and adjustments
- Investigate potential revenue discrepancies using various financial data sources and apply corrective actions
- Develop actionable reporting and dashboards to monitor KPI and SLA performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or healthcare payment integrity
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and healthcare claims processing
- Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills, with proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
- Experience collaborating across Finance, Operations, and client-facing teams to implement solutions
