Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as the enterprise subject matter expert for charge configuration and Epic build integrity, the full-time Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst will manage charge build requests, maintain chargemaster accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally to safeguard the organization's revenue cycle in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead EPIC charge build processes, including CPT/HCPCS, revenue codes, and pricing alignment
- Maintain and govern the chargemaster through regulatory updates and standardization efforts
- Develop and maintain revenue integrity dashboards and reports to guide leadership actions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or extensive relevant experience
- Epic Resolute (HB and/or PB) experience
- 5+ years in Revenue Integrity, CDM Build/Maintenance, or healthcare finance
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, revenue codes, and CMS billing regulations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
