Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Owning advanced revenue analysis and key month-end controls, the full-time Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst will manage invoicing accuracy, investigate revenue leakage, and develop actionable reporting while collaborating across functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month-end revenue validation controls and reconcile financial outputs and exceptions
• Investigate and analyze potential revenue discrepancies using various financial data sources
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPI and SLA performance, addressing revenue risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or healthcare payment integrity
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and healthcare claims processing
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills, with proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
• Ability to interpret complex invoicing logic and communicate findings effectively
