Job Summary
Supporting the Clinical Department and revenue cycle, the full-time Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst will perform charge capture analysis, maintain compliance and accuracy of the charge master, and prepare management support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance and quarterly audits of the EAP and charge master data elements
- Proactively identify charge capture opportunities and lead complex audits for pricing and coding changes
- Research billing and coding regulations, communicating necessary changes to relevant departments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or 10 years of equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue cycle or revenue integrity role
- Advanced understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and third-party billing requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
