Senior Revenue Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Revenue Intelligence Analyst will provide performance analysis and reporting to inform revenue decision-making across a portfolio of approximately 5,500 hotels, focusing on identifying performance opportunities and advancing the use of artificial intelligence and automation in analytical workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Own recurring performance reporting by determining relevant metrics and delivering insights on market share, revenue per available room, and business mix
- Analyze brand, region, and market performance to identify revenue opportunities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Design and maintain automated reporting workflows using AI tools to enhance efficiency and reliability in analysis
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Four years of experience in performance analysis, business intelligence, or revenue management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Tableau for dashboard creation
- Working proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Experience in automating analytical processes to improve cycle time and accuracy
