Senior Revenue Manager

Job Summary

To maximize revenue and profits, the full-time salaried Dual Senior Revenue Manager will manage rooms and function space inventory, build rates and sales strategies, and analyze market demand while supporting properties in Miami.

Key responsibilities

• Manages room and function space inventory, ensuring effective allocation and restrictions to maximize revenue
• Prepares forecasts, budgets, and sales strategy critiques, analyzing revenue and demand trends
• Develops and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders to support revenue management initiatives

Required qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel Management, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year degree with 1 year of experience
• Proven experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing within the hospitality industry
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends for strategic decision-making
• Familiarity with reservation and inventory management systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including property and corporate teams
