Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the GTM organization, the full-time remote Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will manage headcount and expense management, oversee compensation plan execution, and build forecast roll-ups while partnering with FP&A and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance, coordinating stakeholders and synthesizing outputs into a single plan
• Own headcount and expense management, tracking plan vs. actual and partnering with hiring managers on capacity
• Run the compensation plan modeling and execution cycle, including scenario modeling and plan documentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a SaaS or consumption-based business model
• Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• SQL fluency; familiarity with Python and modern analytics stacks is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Working knowledge of accounting principles related to revenue, commissions, and expenses
