Job Summary
Leading multiple Gong implementations, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Consultant will manage end-to-end delivery for high-growth clients, ensuring operational efficiency and a frictionless buying experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 concurrent Gong implementations, maintaining scope, timelines, and quality
- Guide clients through options and recommendations, handling implementation discovery and solution design
- Configure Gong products and drive successful adoption while documenting requirements and tracking progress
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a consulting or revenue operations role
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools and experience in client-facing delivery
- Technical expertise in SFDC, Hubspot, or similar technologies, along with Gong
- Strong organization and project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams
- Preferred certification in SFDC or Hubspot
