Senior Revenue Operations Director

Job Summary

As a key contributor in a remote capacity, the Senior Revenue Operations & Analytics Director will manage the development and optimization of revenue systems, data architecture, and processes to drive predictable revenue growth and informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage revenue data architecture, ensuring accurate and accessible information for performance analysis
• Own revenue forecasting processes and develop models to improve sales predictability and identify risks and opportunities
• Design and enhance processes across the revenue funnel, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, including hands-on ownership of systems and data architecture
• Proven track record in designing and optimizing RevOps systems and forecasting models
• Strong Salesforce administration and data analytics skills, with proficiency in SQL and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency and revenue performance
