Job Summary
To enhance revenue functions, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Manager will manage processes, systems, data, and AI-enabled workflows, ensuring efficiency and data integrity across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the revenue technology stack, ensuring clean design and documented integrations
- Build and maintain automations and AI agents to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, fostering collaboration and alignment
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models and recurring revenue dynamics
- Salesforce administration experience, with certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms
- Interest in growing toward GTM engineering, with a willingness to learn about APIs and data models
