Job Summary
Driving operational effectiveness in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Specialist will optimize revenue processes, enhance client experience, and support cross-functional teams through data analysis and system management.
Key responsibilities
- Provide sales operations support for upselling, renewals, and churn-reduction activities while maintaining accurate data in revenue systems
- Partner with department leaders to identify operational challenges and facilitate process mapping and workflow design
- Serve as an advisor for revenue systems management, ensuring data integrity and optimizing reporting capabilities across platforms
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related fields
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and PSA systems, specifically NetSuite, HubSpot, and ConnectWise
- Demonstrated experience in business process redesign and operational improvements
- Strong understanding of revenue-generating organizations and their operational needs
- Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, PMP, or comparable process improvement credentials
