Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations processes, the contracted to full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee contract-to-cash workflows, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while ensuring CRM data integrity
- Oversee ARR and bookings logic, auditing invoices and collaborating with Finance on closed-deals and billing checks
- Utilize AI agents for automation, build leadership dashboards, and provide actionable insights based on revenue analytics
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including funnel, pipeline, and forecasting
- Experience managing contracts, invoicing, and collections in sync with CRM systems
- Demonstrated experience in building solutions using AI agents that are actively utilized
