Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations and analytics processes, the contracted-to-full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee contract-to-cash workflows, and utilize AI for automation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations, ensuring data cleanliness and compliance
- Oversee the contract-to-cash process, including ARR logic, invoicing, and financial reconciliations
- Develop revenue analytics, build leadership dashboards, and automate manual tasks using AI agents
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including ARR, churn, and renewals
- Experience managing contracts, invoicing, and collections in sync with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to build solutions using AI agents
