Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations framework, the contracted-to-full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee the contract-to-cash process, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while ensuring CRM data integrity
- Oversee the ARR and bookings logic, ensuring consistency across agreements, opportunities, and invoices
- Lead the development of sales analytics reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience as a Salesforce admin
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including funnel management and invoicing processes
- Experience utilizing AI agents for automation and reporting tasks
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English with clear written updates
