Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations process, the contracted-to-full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee contract-to-cash processes, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations, ensuring data cleanliness and compliance
- Oversee ARR and bookings logic, auditing invoices and preparing quarterly commission reports
- Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline processes, track metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including funnel, pipeline, and forecasting
- Experience managing contracts, invoicing, and collections in sync with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI agents in operational processes
