Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations processes, the contracted-to-full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee the contract-to-cash cycle, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while maintaining CRM data integrity
- Oversee the contract-to-cash process, ensuring consistency in agreements, opportunities, and invoices
- Lead revenue analytics efforts, including quarterly sales reports, funnel tracking, and dashboard creation
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands-on Salesforce administration
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including ARR, churn, and renewals
- Experience managing contracts, invoicing, and collections in sync with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents in building operational solutions
