Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations processes, the contracted-to-full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee the contract-to-cash cycle, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations, ensuring data cleanliness and compliance
- Oversee the contract-to-cash process, including ARR and bookings logic, invoicing, and collaboration with Finance
- Lead revenue analytics efforts by tracking sales metrics, maintaining data quality, and creating leadership dashboards
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands-on Salesforce administration
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including forecasting and churn management
- Experience in managing contracts, invoicing, and collections aligned with CRM systems
- Demonstrated experience using AI agents for automation and reporting tasks
