Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations processes, the contracted-to-full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee contract-to-cash activities, and ensure accurate revenue analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while maintaining CRM data integrity
- Oversee ARR and bookings logic, ensuring consistency across agreements, opportunities, and invoices
- Lead quarterly sales analytics, track funnel conversion, and build leadership dashboards with actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience in Salesforce administration
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including ARR, churn, and renewals
- Experience managing contracts, invoicing, and collections in sync with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents in building and automating processes
