Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations and analytics processes, the contracted-to-full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee contract-to-cash workflows, and utilize AI for automation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while ensuring CRM data integrity
- Oversee the ARR and bookings logic, audit invoices, and prepare financial reports in collaboration with Finance
- Develop revenue analytics, track funnel conversion metrics, and create leadership dashboards with actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including forecasting and churn management
- Experience managing contracts, invoicing, and collections in sync with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents for building and automating processes
