Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations processes, the contracted-to-full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee the contract-to-cash cycle, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while ensuring data accuracy and maintaining RevOps SOPs
- Oversee the contract-to-cash process, including tracking ARR, bookings, and invoice audits, while collaborating with Finance
- Lead revenue analytics efforts by developing sales reports, tracking funnel conversion, and implementing data quality checks
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands-on Salesforce administration
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including contracts, invoicing, and collections
- Experience utilizing AI agents for automation and operational improvements
- Fluent in English with the ability to provide clear written updates independently
