Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations strategy, the contracted to full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee the contract-to-cash process, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, integrations, and user access while maintaining CRM data integrity
- Oversee the ARR and bookings logic, ensuring consistency across agreements, opportunities, and invoices
- Lead the quarterly sales analytics pack and build leadership dashboards with actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems in B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including funnel, pipeline, and churn management
- Experience with contracts, invoicing, and collections synchronized with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents for building and automating processes
