Job Summary
Owning the revenue operations framework, the contracted to full-time Senior RevOps Engineer will manage Salesforce configurations, oversee the contract-to-cash process, and drive revenue analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations while ensuring data cleanliness and maintaining RevOps SOPs
- Oversee the ARR and bookings logic, audit invoices, and prepare quarterly commission reports in collaboration with Finance
- Lead revenue analytics efforts by creating dashboards, tracking funnel conversion, and utilizing AI for automation and query tasks
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including funnel, pipeline, and ARR management
- Experience with contracts, invoicing, and collections aligned with CRM systems
- Demonstrated use of AI agents in building and delivering projects
