Senior Reward & Mobility Manager

Job Summary

Driving the Group's reward and global mobility agenda, the full-time Senior Reward & Mobility Manager will ensure compensation frameworks are aligned and operationally effective while providing strategic advice and insights to support organizational growth, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity from New York or St. Petersburg (FL).

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of compensation and reward programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and market competitiveness
• Manage global mobility frameworks, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness in international assignments and relocations
• Deliver on reward and mobility workstreams for organizational change and workforce transformation initiatives

Required qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of compensation structures and reward framework design in a multinational environment
• Experience with job architecture creation, market benchmarking, and reward analytics
• Strong understanding of global mobility practices, including tax and immigration considerations
• Proficiency in Workday HCM and other relevant reward technologies and reporting tools
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in using Excel, Power BI, and HRIS/reporting tools
