Senior Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the identification and mitigation of account takeover and scam risk, the full-time Senior Risk Analyst will build critical defenses to protect users and platform integrity while working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end risk controls for account takeover and scam prevention, scaling processes as the business expands
• Define risk success metrics and drive continuous improvement through enhanced control frameworks
• Leverage data for risk assessment and decision-making impacting large customer segments

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of risk experience in e-commerce or financial services, with 2+ years focused on account takeover and scams
• 2+ years of data analysis experience using SQL and Python with large-scale databases
• Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
• Ability to independently scope and deliver analytics projects while collaborating across teams
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics and fraud trends in the cryptocurrency ecosystem
