Job Summary
As a full-time Senior Risk Analyst on the Payments Risk Operations team, the successful candidate will manage complex risk cases involving deposits, withdrawals, and trading, utilizing AI tools to enhance investigations and improve risk workflows and controls.
Key responsibilities
- Own escalations from Payments Risk Operations and partner teams, making final decisions on high-impact cases
- Lead the response to emerging fraud patterns, conducting root cause analysis and remediation efforts
- Drive performance measurement of risk controls in collaboration with Risk Modeling and Analytics teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in payments risk, fraud operations, or fraud investigations
- Deep understanding of payment systems including ACH, cards, wires, and crypto payment rails
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with blockchain analytics tools for tracing funds
- Experience in reviewing analyst decisions for quality and adherence to SOPs
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight in workflows
