Senior Risk and AI Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Risk and AI Analyst will provide second-line oversight across technology and operational risk, advance AI capabilities, and manage complex assignments while contributing to enterprise risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-line oversight across technology and operational risk domains, assessing first-line controls and identifying improvement opportunities
- Analyze data to identify emerging risks and trends, developing risk reporting and dashboards to support management decision-making
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions and workflows to enhance risk monitoring and analytical effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in risk management, financial services operations, auditing, or compliance
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment such as banking, fintech, or payments
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, translating findings into practical business insights
- Experience using AI tools as part of everyday work and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
