Job Summary
Collaboratively assisting in the execution of various Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs, the full-time Senior Risk Management Associate will support risk governance functions and training initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting on ERM-related projects and initiatives with business stakeholders
- Develop project plans, including tasks, milestones, and timelines for ERM programs
- Evaluate and design risk management training programs, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in Risk Management and/or Consulting
- Experience with Governance Risk and Control (GRC) tool implementations
- Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working towards it
- Familiarity with Agile process mapping practices and Scrum Master Certification is a plus
