Senior RMF ISSO

Job Summary

Overseeing RMF Steps 1 through 3, the hybrid Senior RMF ISSO will manage delivery pods supporting consular system authorization, ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity mandates while directing technical practices and documentation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct system categorization, control selection, and assessment readiness across RMF Steps 1 through 3 delivery teams
• Review authorization boundaries, architecture, data flows, and NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 baseline selection
• Coordinate privacy, risk, and documentation support while managing workload and system assignments for Pod Leads and IASS personnel

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship and a final Secret clearance or higher
• Relevant degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline
• Senior-level Federal ISSO or RMF experience with demonstrated leadership in authorization package development
• Proficiency in NIST SP 800-37 Rev. 2, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, and control inheritance
• Ability to evaluate on-premises, cloud, and hybrid system architectures
