Job Summary
Designing and building the next generation interaction routing platform, the full-time Senior Routing Engine Developer will develop a core routing engine for enterprise-scale contact center operations, focusing on intelligent distribution of interactions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions
- Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on various factors such as skills, priorities, and business rules
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across routing paths and interaction workloads
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with substantial ownership of architecture for distributed applications
- Expert-level experience with Java, Spring Boot, and implementing microservices architectures
- Experience developing routing logic for contact center or customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of ACD concepts, queue management, and skill-based routing
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases and data modeling
