Job Summary
To design and build the next generation interaction routing platform, the full-time Senior Routing Engine Developer will develop a core routing engine for intelligent distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents and queues, working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of interactions
- Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on various business rules and requirements
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of routing systems
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed applications
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
- Experience in developing routing logic for contact center or customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of ACD concepts and skill-based routing
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and data modeling
