Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build an enterprise-scale interaction routing platform, responsible for developing a core routing engine that intelligently distributes voice and digital interactions across various channels while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time interaction distribution
- Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, and business rules
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across routing paths and workloads
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with substantial ownership of distributed applications
- Expert-level experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
- Experience developing routing logic for contact center or customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of ACD concepts and skill-based routing
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
