Job Summary
To drive the development of an advanced interaction routing platform, the full-time Senior Routing Engine Developer will design and build scalable backend services for enterprise-scale contact center operations, focusing on intelligent distribution of voice and digital interactions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of interactions
- Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on various operational parameters
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across routing paths and workloads
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed applications
- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot, including microservices architectures and REST APIs
- Experience developing routing logic for contact center or customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of ACD concepts and skill-based routing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
