Senior Routing Engine Developer
Job Summary
Designing and building the next generation interaction routing platform, the full-time Senior Routing Engine Developer will develop a core routing engine for enterprise-scale contact center operations, focusing on intelligent distribution of voice and digital interactions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of interactions
- Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on various business rules and operational requirements
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across routing paths and workloads
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed applications
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot in developing microservices and REST APIs
- Experience in developing routing logic for contact center or customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of ACD concepts and skill-based routing methodologies
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases and data modeling
