Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of interactions
- Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on various business rules and capacities
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of routing systems and APIs
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed applications
- Expert-level experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
- Experience developing routing logic for contact center or customer engagement platforms
- Deep understanding of API-first design and event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
