Job Summary
To design and build the next generation interaction routing platform for enterprise-scale contact center operations, the full-time Senior Routing Engine Developer will develop the core routing engine responsible for intelligent distribution of voice and digital interactions, working primarily with Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of interactions
- Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on various operational parameters
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across routing systems
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed applications
- Expert-level experience with Java and Spring Boot, including microservices architectures
- Experience developing routing logic for contact center or customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of ACD concepts and skill-based routing systems
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
