Job Summary
Designing and building the next generation interaction routing platform, the full-time Senior Routing Engine Developer will develop a core routing engine for intelligent distribution of voice and digital interactions in real time, primarily using Java and Spring Boot, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time distribution of interactions
- Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on various business rules and parameters
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across routing paths and workloads
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed applications
- Expert-level experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
- Experience developing routing logic for contact center or customer engagement platforms
- Deep understanding of API-first design and event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
