Designing and building the next generation interaction routing platform, the full-time Senior Routing Engine Developer will develop core routing engines for real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions, working remotely with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time interaction distribution
- Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on various business rules and priorities
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of routing systems
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed applications
- Expert-level experience with Java and Spring Boot in developing microservices architectures
- Experience in developing routing logic for contact center or customer engagement platforms
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
- Familiarity with API-first design and event-driven architecture
