Senior RPA Developer
Job Summary
To support national security initiatives, the full-time Senior RPA Developer will design, develop, and deliver tailored UiPath solutions in a fully remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality automation workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and modify RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and associated tools
- Debug complex software components and conduct unit testing while providing demonstrations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Process Design Documents and Solution Design Documents
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, or a related field
- 7+ years of comparable work experience with 5+ years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath
- Proficient in UiPath with UiPath certification
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and applying Agile principles
- Familiarity with software development pipelines for deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps or comparable tools)
