Job Summary
Owning the lifecycle of enterprise SaaS renewals and optimization, the full-time Senior SaaS Asset Management Specialist will manage renewal processes, vendor negotiations, and data analytics to enhance software usage and reduce costs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end SaaS renewal lifecycle, including forecasting, negotiation, and execution
- Analyze license utilization and perform reconciliations to optimize software usage and costs
- Negotiate SaaS contracts and maintain centralized records of agreements and pricing
Required qualifications
- Experience in SaaS management or Software Asset Management with proven ownership of renewals
- Strong knowledge of licensing models and experience performing software true-ups
- Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and dashboard creation
- Experience with Jira for workflow management and reporting
- Familiarity with ERP platforms, particularly NetSuite, for managing vendor records and expenses
