Senior SaaS Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Senior SaaS Site Reliability Engineer.
Position Responsibilities:
- Architect stability of SaaS products and monitor overall site performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software engineering teams and customers
- Improve automation pipelines with the help of DevOps team
Required Qualifications:
- MS/BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience in SaaS environment
- 8+ years of experience in automated CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments
- 5+ years of experience in cloud environment and SaaS pipeline
- 5+ years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure and excellent skills in scripting language such as Python
