Driven to achieve individual goals while mentoring peers, the full-time Senior Sales Associate will work remotely, handling pre-qualified live call transfers, guiding prospective clients through the sales cycle, and leveraging expertise to support team objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage 10-15 pre-qualified call transfers daily while building rapport with prospects
- Follow up on pipeline prospects and utilize various communication methods to engage clients
- Mentor peers and sales associates to help achieve overall team goals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales closer position, such as inside sales or telesales
- 1+ years of experience working in a remote environment
- Proven success in closing accounts and achieving sales targets
- Must be able to type a minimum of 50 WPM and possess advanced computer skills
- Understanding of online advertising sales and current trends in the industry
