Senior Sales Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Sales Engineers, the full-time Senior Sales Engineering Manager will manage the South Majors segment, optimizing sales engineering processes and delivering impactful product demonstrations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team to meet segment demands
• Refine and optimize critical sales engineering processes including discovery and proof-of-concept
• Provide strategic advice and support for requests for proposals (RFPs) with tailored recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering
• 5+ years of experience directly managing and leading a sales engineering team
• Demonstrated experience selling network security technologies within an enterprise environment
• Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows and problem-solving
