Senior Sales Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing sales organization, the full-time Senior Sales Operations Associate will define and scale operational best practices, analyze business health, and drive data-informed decision-making while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business health and present data-driven recommendations to senior management
• Design and implement sales coverage models, including territory alignment and forecasting
• Manage core sales operations functions such as user setup, territory management, and data hygiene

Required qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and experience with related cloud-based technologies
• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Systems Analysis
• Strong data and analytics acumen with proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Proven change management and process transformation experience
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to shift priorities and deliver quality results under tight deadlines
